 Orders:

Q: Will my customized item look exactly as the item generated by customization feature?  A: Yes, images will appear exactly how they look on the customization feature, there may be a small difference in the intensity of colors.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship? 

A: Our espadrilles are made just for you! After you place your order, our operations team will send your design to our artisans in Colombia and that's where the magic happens. The cut-off dates for orders to be sent to our atelier in Colombia, are the 15th and 30th of each month.  From this date, it will take approximately from 5 to 6 weeks for the soulmates to arrive to its final destination.  We will make sure to use our loving energy so everything runs smoothly. Please see the cart below for our calendar of cut off dates and lead time for shipping.

Q: How can I clean my soulmates?

A: You can clean the upper part and the insole of your soulmates with warm water, detergent, and a soft brush. Make sure not to wash them in the washing machine because they won't survive the ride.

Q: How do Soulmates fit? 

A: Our soulmates fit true to size, please refer to the sizing chart below.

Q: I have a large family event and would love to order soulmates for the whole group, is there any discount when buy in bulk?

A: Of course, bulk orders are always welcome and you'll get a good discount. Please send us an email to info@soulmatescollection.com and specify the quantities and timeline and we will happily get back to you with an offer.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my custom order once it has been placed?

A: Unfortunately, NO, we kindly ask our clients to please double check your orders before they are placed.

Q: Why does the company refuse to allow changes or cancellations?

A: Since our shoes are custom made, once a shoe is ordered it is very difficult to find a replacement buyer who will be interested in the same size and print combination, therefore, we kindly ask for changes or cancellations not to be made.

Q: If I change my mind, can I return my order?

A: Behind a pair of soulmates’ shoes there is a group of people working very hard to manufacture those special one-of-a-kind shoes just for you. We are proud of our product and have the certainty that you will be 100% satisfied with the quality and the lovely designs you have chosen. We have put a lot of love in the creation of this collection and we are sure you will absolutely love your soulmates’ shoes as much as we love and enjoy making them for you.  We kindly ask that you understand our policy to not accept any returns of custom made orders.
